5th Annual Maine Photography Workshop Fall 2015
Magnificent Maine in Full Fall Color
Just in time for peak fall color, join Jim Pettit and Jim Henderson for a special Field Photography Workshop on the coast of Maine October 10th – 17th, 2015.
This exclusive workshop features 6 full days of hands-on coaching to take your photography to the next level.
Gain practical experience as you capture the natural beauty and magnificence of coastal Maine in breathtaking photos that will create a lifetime of memories.
Hone your photographic skills while shooting some of the best scenery in America both in Portland and Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island.
We will start in Portland and spend two days shooting lighthouses, scenic landscapes, and Portland Harbor. Our host hotel for this segment of the trip is the Hilton Garden Inn at the Portland Jetport. We will depart on Tuesday morning for a leisurely scenic drive to Bar Harbor, stopping along the way to shoot scenic landscapes, seascapes and maybe a lighthouse or two. We will then take lodging for four nights at the Bar Harbor Motel for the remainder of the trip.
A native of Maine, Jim Pettit brings a tour guide’s knowledge of the area and is an accomplished photographer and seasoned photography instructor, both in the classroom and in the field. Jim specializes in Photoshop and Lightroom training and photographic workshops as well as family and corporate photos.
Jim Henderson teaches a series of Photography, Lightroom and Photoshop workshops at Callaway Gardens, as well as photographic workshops in St. Augustine, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
We will cover topics of interest on composition, camera techniques for landscape photography, and post processing techniques. Each night we will have a critique session during the workshop. You will get valuable feedback on your images from the instructors and in many cases from your peers.
For questions about the workshop, contact Jim Pettit today at 770-312-5550 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
